Yes. We can meet you or your agent at the property when you move in,  even on the big day if you are concerned about the fire safety of your new home and want to sort it straight away.. Our engineers are skilled and experienced and will be able to offer fire safety advice while there to help make your new home as safe as possible.  If needed any required detectors can be fitted while there, or an appointment can be made to return.

We recommend you test your alarm weekly to ensure it is operating by pushing the test button on the alarm or using the wall mounted test switch if you have one. It’s important to ensure that all the interlinked detectors sound when the test button is pushed.
